HOW TO REGISTERTo register your child to join Pack 511, please complete this
online survey and the paper Youth Application Form. We need the
online survey to add your Scout to our roster and assign him/her to a den. We need the completed application form so we can mail it out to the BSA Council. You may scan and email completed forms to
mountainhousepack511@gmail.com or arrange drop off.
MH Pack 511 is a volunteer-run organization. We rely on each other in order to manage the plans and activities of the pack. At least one parent for each Scout is required to assist in the Scouting program for it to work for everyone.
